What we cover
We report on the desks that keep the internet running: domains, hosting, cloud and infrastructure, email and productivity, SaaS, security, policy and governance, and business moves across the trade.
Our readers are developers, sysadmins, product managers, and founders who work in or adjacent to this industry. The brief is practical: what changed, who is affected, and what to watch next.
How we publish
Hostingpaper is not a news aggregator. Every article is original reporting produced through a documented editorial pipeline, then cleared by an independent validation pass before it goes live.
We do not rewrite other outlets' copy. We do not carry human bylines — articles are attributed to an Automated desk for the relevant category. What makes the publication different is that the process is not hidden: each article page carries a provenance record showing the sources consulted, pipeline stages, and validation results.
For methodology detail, see Editorial standards and How we work.
