Dutch AI cloud project targets 250,000 GPUs with Dell, NorthC
VOLT, NorthC Datacenters, and Dell Technologies are building a Netherlands-based AI cloud infrastructure, starting with an Amsterdam facility in October and aiming for a 250,000-GPU campus in Rotterdam. The project targets regulated European customers but faces power, financing, and hardware supply challenges.
